About
Bath Christmas Market runs 26 November to 13 December 2026 — 18 days of over 150 chalets set out along Abbeygate Street, Stall Street, Bath Street and Milsom Street, wrapping around the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Local makers and producers dominate; expect West Country cheeses, Bath-based jewellery and glassware, artisan chocolate and hand-carved wood.
Open 10am–7pm Mon–Wed, 10am–8pm Thu–Sat, 10am–6pm Sun. Entry is free and no booking is required — but for the quietest browse aim for Tuesday or Wednesday mornings; weekend evenings are the busiest slot.
Bath is 25 minutes from Bristol by train and around an hour from Cirencester by car. The market pairs naturally with a lit-Christmas-lights walk through the Circus and Royal Crescent, or a Christmas concert at the Abbey.
In Bath
A Roman spa, a Georgian crescent and a literary capital — Bath sits where the Cotswolds meet the West Country.
