About
The Cheltenham Cricket Festival is the oldest cricket festival in England still played at its original venue — Cheltenham College's tree-lined main ground, in continuous use for cricket since 1872. Visitors picnic on the boundary under the marquees; the festival village runs alongside.
The 2026 programme: Gloucestershire Women v Sussex Sharks (Sat 8 Aug), Gloucestershire v Notts (Sun 9 Aug), Gloucestershire v Northamptonshire (Tue 11 Aug), Gloucestershire Women v Kent (Sun 16 Aug), and a four-day County Championship match against Worcestershire (Thu 20 – Sun 23 Aug).
