Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2027 runs 28 April to 3 May at Montpellier Gardens. The festival village centres on a Big Top marquee for the flagship gigs, a smaller Jazz Arena for club-scale bookings, and a free outdoor stage that runs from lunchtime into the evening every day. Fringe events spill across venues throughout Cheltenham — the Everyman, the Wilson, Playhouse and dozens of pubs and cafés.
Line-up mixes established international jazz names with British contemporary and hip-hop-adjacent crossover — recent years have featured Herbie Hancock, Cory Wong, Ezra Collective and Corinne Bailey Rae. The Sunday's a family-friendly day with kids' activities and a workshop programme.
