 ng the escarpment\, harvested for oil in early August. The farm is open da
 ily to visitors from mid-June to early August each year\; based on the ann
 ual pattern\, the 2027 season is expected to run from Wednesday 16 June to
  Sunday 8 August 2027.\n\nOn site: a small tea room in the converted barn\
 , a shop selling lavender oil\, soap and honey\, and short walks through t
 he fields for photographs. Peak bloom is usually the second week of July —
  arrive early on weekend days for the best light and fewest people.\n\nFre
