About
The Cornbury House Horse Trials run 9–13 September 2026 in Cornbury Park, the 6,000-acre former royal hunting estate a mile from Charlbury. The event is one of the most important autumn fixtures on the eventing calendar for developing horses, with international classes at CCI3-S and CCI2-S alongside the Howden Way Youth and Young Horse Championships.
Five days of dressage, cross-country and showjumping across the parkland — the Cornbury Deer Park sections of the cross-country course are particularly picturesque, running past the herd of red and fallow deer on the estate. Trade village and food and drink stands operate through the week; Saturday (12 September) is the biggest crowd day.
General admission tickets and members' hospitality via the Cornbury House Horse Trials site. Free parking on the estate; five-minute drive from Charlbury or Chipping Norton.
