The Fairford Steam Show returns to Lake Field on 15–16 August 2026 with a full line-up of full-size steam exhibits, miniature steam engines, stationary engines, tractors, military vehicles, motorbikes, classic cars and commercials — plus two vintage fairground organs and traditional fairground rides.
Trade stands, craft tables, a Fairford Cricket Club beer tent and food stalls run through both days, with live music on Saturday night. The weekend opens on Friday evening with 'Steam in the Square' from 5pm, when a handful of engines park up in Fairford Market Place.
Visitor gates open at 9am each day; last entry 7pm Saturday, 5pm Sunday. Early-bird tickets are available online, and on-the-gate tickets are sold at the entrance.
